1. Can I Return My Product?
We’re sorry to hear you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are in new and unused condition.
If there is any disagreement regarding the refund amount, the refund will be based on the original merchandise value shown on your purchase invoice.
Please note: Customers are generally responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
2. How Do I Return an Item?
To return a product, please follow these simple steps:
Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our customer service team by submitting a support ticket through your account. Be sure to include the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Repack Your Item(s)
Carefully place the item(s) in their original packaging and seal the parcel securely to prevent any damage during transit.
Ship Your Return
Drop off the package at your local post office, and make sure to provide us with a valid tracking number or tracking link within 24 hours of dispatching your return.
Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will promptly process an exchange or refund in line with our return policy.
3. Return Conditions
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if an item is right for you. If you’re not satisfied, you’re welcome to request a return within this timeframe.
Please note the following return conditions:
1. Items must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and returned in their original packaging.
2. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, washed, or returned without prior authorization.
3. Returns must be approved by our customer service team before you send the package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
5. Final Sale items (including clearance and discounted products) are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. What Is the Return Address?
If you’d like to return your item(s) to the nearest return address, please submit a support ticket through your account. One of our customer service representatives will respond within 24 hours with the appropriate return instructions and the closest return address.
