When will my order ship?

In stock items are shipped 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel or modify your order until the shipment confirmation has been sent which usually takes 1-2 business days. Please send us an email to help@dopediction.shop to see if a modification can be made.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, send email help@dopediction.shop and we will gladly assist you.

I am missing something from my order. What should I do?

Accessories may ship separately, so it's perfectly normal for items to arrive at different times. If it's been a few days and you're concerned about the rest of your order, just send us an email help@dopediction.shop and we'll be happy to check the status for you.
